DEPOSITS

New Microblading and Microshading appointments require a deposit of $150 in order to reserve a spot and will go towards the total cost of service
Touch up appointments (returning clients) require a deposit of $50 and will go towards the total cost of service
ECO Lash Lifts & Brow Laminations require a deposit of $50 in order to reserve a spot and will go towards the total cost of service
72 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment or you will lose your deposit. Only one rebooking is allowed; for additional rebooking’s you will be subject to a fee of $75
No show or missed appointments will forfeit the deposit and be subject to a new deposit fee of $150, plus a rebooking fee of $75
You must notify the studio ASAP if you will be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will lose your appointment as well as your deposit
Deposits are non-refundable and will only be held on file for up to 3 years

COVER-UPS

You must email a clear photo of your eyebrows, with no makeup on them, in natural light to assess whether a cover up is possible to do
More than 1 session may be necessary to successfully and naturally cover up any previous work; results are not guaranteed
If you book a session, but do not disclose previous eyebrow permanent makeup and then show up to your appointment, you will be sent home and forfeit your deposit
